VALORANT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier: Schedule, Brackets, Teams And Everything We Know

VALORANT Champions is right around the corner, but a few teams are yet to qualify for the grand annual event. The LCQs will begin globally and will determine the final teams from each region that would progress to champions.

Eight teams from the EMEA VALORANT circuit will fight to earn their rightful spot in the end-of-year Champions event. The LCQs for Asia, NA and South America will run concurrently during October to decide the finalists for Champions.

The competition will commence on 10th October, and fans are excited to see their favourite teams prevail. The eight teams selected for the EMEA LCQ were based on circuit points earned through previous tournaments.

This year, four representatives from the EMEA will be present at VALORANT Champions. The winner of the EMEA LCQ will then join the other three EMEA teams Gambit, Acend and Fnatic at VCT Champions to compete for the largest prize pool in VALORANT to date.

VALORANT EMEA Last Chance Qualifier: Schedule And Format

EMEA's LCQ offers one last chance for teams that did extraordinarily well over the 2021 VCT season but didn't quite make the cut to advance to Champions. Gambit, who won Masters Berlin, as well as Acend and Fnatic, who occupy places two and three in the standings, have already qualified for Champions.

Seven seeds have been given to the top teams below Gambit, Acend and Fnatic on the EMEA circuit points leaderboard while the final seed went to the winner of Strike Arabia as the representative of the MENA region.

The event will follow the same format as the Challengers Main Events with eight teams competing in a double-elimination bracket. All match-ups will be played in best-of-three matches, except for the Grand Final which will be a best-of-five series.
