The latest VALORANT Update is scheduled to bring Episode 3 Act 3, which will introduce the new Agent Chamber. The next Act will commence from 2nd November 2021 and will last for ten weeks.
The new Act will arrive with a brand new battle pass, but the highlight of this VALORANT Update remains to be the new Agent Chamber! The official description for Chamber states: Well dressed and well-armed, French weapons designer Chamber expels aggressors with deadly precision. He leverages his custom arsenal to hold the line and pick off enemies from afar, with a contingency built for every plan.

8th November - Celebrate the release of Riot’s first animated series by leveling up a free Arcane-inspired pass, or picking up the Arcane Collector’s Set in the store. Items in the Arcane Collector’s Set are only available as part of the complete bundle, which is only available during the RiotX Arcane VALORANT event.
The developers also informed that starting with Patch 3.10, the 5-stack is back for anyone of any rank—with a tradeoff of earning slightly less Ranked Rating—while the 4-stack gets the boot in the Competitive queue.
VALORANT Update: Chamber Release Date
The next VALORANT Update will arrive in-game on 2nd November 2021. However, this update will not introduce the new Agent Chamber in the game. Instead, Chamber will arrive two weeks after VALORANT Update Patch 3.09. Thus, players can expect Chamber to arrive in VALORANT Episode 3 Act 3 with Patch 3.10.
The developers informed earlier that they have opted to hold the Agent for an additional two weeks, while we work on polishing up those final aspects. Sometimes the last 10% of work really brings together the previous 90% of work. In a game like VALORANT where decisions are made in milliseconds, these aspects must be there. This was not an easy decision for us, and hope you understand while we take the extra time to wrap up the final loose ends.

VALORANT Update: Episode 3 Act 3 Patch
The upcoming VALORANT Update is set to arrive with a new competitive act reset on 2nd November. Popular content creator @ValorLeaks revealed that this new update will have several weapon changes. These new changes will focus on reducing the impact of run and gun in VALORANT.
Recently, all the act release dates for the upcoming Episode 4 was revealed by popular data miner @Floxeye. Following that, VALORANT Episode 4 Act 1 will commence on 11th January 2022. Act 2 will commence from March 1st, and Act 3 start by April 26. However, Riot Games postponed the previous Acts and it's highly likely that these dates might change later.
