To obtain the Ironhide, simply complete the in-game challenge to instantly unlock it. We recommend using a Double Weapon XP token to level it up quickly and gain access to the attachments needed to improve its performance.

.410 Ironhide Shotgun Warzone

The Ironhide's unique lever-action chamber loading mechanism makes this particular shotgun an interesting selection in Warzone. Armed with insane damage output and a surprisingly fast rate of fire, the Ironhide can deal with opposition with one well-placed shot to the head as well as shredding through armour in the blink of an eye. With several shotguns such as the JAK-12 skyrocketing in popularity as the best close-range Warzone weapon, there is a definite possibility of the Ironhide appearing in the loadouts of players.

As with all weapons in Warzone, there is a wide variety of attachments to select that can greatly improve the performance of the Ironhide on the streets of Verdansk and Rebirth Island. With that said, what exactly are the best .410 Ironhide attachments to choose from?

.410 Ironhide Warzone Best Attachments

Having spent a bit of time experimenting with a variety of combinations, we eventually settled on this set of five that may seem familiar to the loadouts of other shotguns in the game.

  • Muzzle: Agency Choke
  • Barrel: 22.3" Reinforced Heavy
  • Laser: SWAT 5mw Laser Sight
  • Stock: No Stock
  • Ammunition: 7 Rnd Tube

This set of attachments provides a significant increase in damage range which is ideal if the opponent is a few metres away. Alongside providing some much-needed sound suppression, the Agency Choke also provides a boost to damage range along with the Reinforced Heavy Barrel, arguably the strongest barrel to choose.

More often than not, there is no time to aim-down sights when using a shotgun in those intense close-quarters skirmishes which is why we've gone with the 5mw Laser Sight to ensure maximum accuracy levels are maintained when firing from the hip. For a slight increase in sprint-to-fire time, the No Stock attachment improves reaction times which is ideal if a crafty camper attempts to catch you off-guard.

Best .410 Ironhide Warzone Loadout

Once the best .410 Ironhide Warzone attachments have been equipped, it's important to build the best loadout in order to ensure that you can make the biggest impact over the course of a match.

Secondary Weapon

  • AK-47 (Black Ops Cold War)

With the likes of the C58 and EM2 receiving nerfs in the Season 6 update, many players are beginning to gravitate towards the AK-47 from Black Ops Cold War thanks to its steady rate of fire and lethal damage output. For a full breakdown including the best attachments to use, check out our complete Cold War AK-47 guide!

Equipment

  • Lethal: Semtex
  • Tactical: Stun Grenade

It's not just the weapon meta that's been changing in Warzone. Players are beginning to utilise different pieces of equipment to their advantage and this particular combination is proving popular.

The Semtex is the ideal tool to deal some additional damage to an opponent or to disable an oncoming vehicle while the Stun Grenade significantly slows the movement of an enemy, making them easy pickings for the .410 Ironhide.

Perks

The Perk meta in Warzone continues to change but despite the addition of Combat Scout and Tempered, players have been quick to find a solid combination of Perks capable of providing several benefits to keep you in the action for longer. These are the best Perks to use with the .410 Ironhide:

  • Perk 1: Double Time
  • Perk 2: Overkill
  • Perk 3: Amped

Double Time doubles the duration of Tactical Sprint, ideal to traverse the map as fast as possible while Overkill greatly improves the versatility of the best .410 Ironhide loadout by allowing you to equip a second primary weapon.

The third and Final Perk we selected is Amped and while it may have fallen out of favour, the increase in weapon swap speed is perfect for switching back and forth to the Ironhide depending on the situation.

Is The .410 Ironhide Good In Warzone?

With some stiff competition from other shotguns, I think that the Ironhide slots nicely into the meta as a viable close-range option. The ability to break armour and score a kill with a handful of shots is incredibly useful and while it looks like the lever-action mechanism slows the shotgun down, it's hardly noticeable when going up against an SMG at close range. If you're after a new shotgun to use, I recommend giving the Ironhide a chance.

There you have it! That's the best way to build the .410 Ironhide for Warzone. For more intel, check out everything you need to know about the upcoming Halloween event and how to unlock Alex Mason.
