JAK 12 Warzone Overview

The close-range metagame for multiplayer and Warzone is frequently changing, with players opting for a range of sub-machine guns and other shotguns to deal maximum damage when getting up close and personal with the enemy.

Unlocked after scoring three hipfire kills using shotguns in seven different matches, the JAK-12 comes with a deadly combination of high damage and high mobility, making it a must-have weapon on small multiplayer maps and Rebirth Island.

With a drum magazine, grip tape, and laser attached, the JAK-12 is extremely easy to use and thanks to its supreme damage output and mobility stats, it’s very easy to go on a killing spree.

Best JAK-12 Warzone Perks and Equipment

Once you've selected the best JAK-12 attachments, turning your attention to the Perk and Equipment menus is the next step. In order to maximise performance, there are certain combinations to benefit the JAK-12 even further.

Perks

  • EOD (Perk 1)
  • Overkill (Perk 2)
  • Combat Scout (Perk 3)

EOD increases resistance to explosives while Overkill allows you to use two primary weapons in the same loadout. To complement the immense power of the JAK-12, we recommend Vanguard's Automaton assault rifle.

Last and by no means is Combat Scout. If you manage to hit a target and they get away, a bright orange highlight will appear allowing you to plot your next plan of attack with ease.

Equipment

  • Frag Grenade (Lethal)
  • Stun Grenade (Tactical)

This tried and tested combination of Equipment is a surefire way to deal additional damage and to guarantee some easy eliminations. Hold the Frag for a couple of seconds before throwing it to break the armour of nearby opposition. To stop them moving away, follow up with a Stun to slow their movement and finish them off with the JAK-12 in hand.

Is The JAK-12 Good in Warzone?

If you want to excel in close quarters combat, the JAK-12 shotgun is up there with the very best. With no need to aim down its sights, it's perfect to use if an opponent suddenly appears from a corner when you least expect it. I highly recommend using it!
