VALORANT NA Last Chance Qualifiers: Schedule, Brackets, Teams And Everything We Know

VALORANT Champions is right around the corner, but a few teams are yet to qualify for the grand annual event. The LCQ will begin globally and will determine the final teams from each region that would progress to champions.

Eight teams from the North American VALORANT circuit will fight to earn their rightful spot in the end-of-year Champions event. The competition will commence on 12th October, and fans are excited to see their favourite teams prevail.

The eight teams selected for the NA LCQ were based on circuit points earned through previous tournaments. The LCQs for Asia, EMEA and South America will run concurrently during October to decide the finalists for Champions.

VALORANT NA Last Chance Qualifiers: Schedule

The NA Last Chance Qualifiers will only feature eight teams from North America after the OCE teams were ruled out due to COVID regulations. These teams will match up in a double-elimination bracket with the grand finale competed over a best of five matches.

Here's what the developers had to say in the official blog:

NA LCQ is an invite-only 8-team LAN tournament where the winner will walk away with a ticket directly to VALORANT Champions 2021. With Sentinels and Envy through to Champions already, the stage is set for the remaining top eight North American teams to battle it out to determine the last team standing.

We built this tournament to include the two teams who reached the Grand Final of the VALORANT Oceania Tour 2021: Championship, ORDER and Chiefs Esports Club, and who had thus earned the right to participate in the LCQ.

However, due to COVID-19 regulations, travel documentation issues, and additional complex factors, we could not ensure that these teams could travel, compete in the event, and return home within a reasonable timeframe. As a result, ORDER and Chiefs will not be attending LCQ.
