How to find the Headmaster's Office
You'll find the Headmaster's Office at the highest point of Hogwarts. That means climbing the Grand Staircase to its peak, venturing through the Trophy Room corridor, and picking the Level 1 locked gate.
Head up the next set of stairs and through the winding wooden corridor and you'll eventually emerge into another familiar stone hallway. On your left is a grand, imposing statue in a nook with two Hogwarts pillars on either side. That's the entrance to the Headmaster's Office. How to get into the Headmaster's Office
As the field guide page will explain, you need a password to enter the Headmaster's Office from here. That, or an official escort. Once either of those conditions are fulfilled, the staute will rotate in a way that reveals a spiral staircase that will take you to the room in question.
You'll actually wind up in the Headmaster's Office naturally as the main story progresses, but it won't the Headmaster's Upper Study are needed to unlock the trophy achievement.
How to get into the Headmaster's Upper Study
In order to get into the Headmaster's office normally, you'll need to learn Alohamora level three. But that being said, there is a way that has been found to glitch into the room without the spell.
If you want to get there a semi-intended way, you'll need to learn Alohomora 3 by finding the Demiguise statues hidden around the world.
Once you have it, you can actually use a broom to fly onto the balcony jutting out from one of the Hogwarts Towers. Pick the lock here and you'll end up in the Headmaster's Upper Study without following the intended route with the Polyjuice questline.
