Genshin Impact Kamisato Ayato materials - Ascension, level up, and farming locations

The Genshin Impact Kamisato Ayato materials are probably some you have on hand already. The Hydro character requires a mix of items found on Narukami and Watatsumi Islands, along with the same as his sister, Ayaka, with one exception: you’ll need to take on the weekly Raiden Shogun boss challenge to obtain a rare, new item.

What materials do I need to level up Kamisato Ayato?

If you're hoping to have Kamisato Ayato fighting fit as soon as you get him from a pull, you're going to have to put in a little work beforehand. The Mora is the same as ever, but the materials will take a fair bit of time to collect - especially if you're hoping to max out his skills as well.

Here’s what you’ll need to ascend Ayato to level 80:

• Varunada Lazurite Sliver x 1
• Varunada Lazurite Fragments x 9
• Varunada Lazurite Chunks x 9
• Varunada Lazurite Gems x 6
• Sakura Blooms x 168
• Old Handguards x 18
• Kageuchi Handguards x 30
• Famed Handguards x 36
• Dew of Repudiation x 46
• Mora x 420,000

You’ll find Sakura Bloom primarily on Narukami Island, especially in the areas surrounding Inazuma City and the Grand Narukami Shrine. You need to either use an Electro move on the clumps to make them visible or touch them with a character afflicted with Electro.

Dew of Repudiation is a boss drop from the Hydro Hypostasis on Watatsumi Island, and the Handguard items come from the wandering warriors who appear on every island in Inazuma.

What are Kamisato Ayato's Talent materials?

Ayato’s talent materials are essentially the same as his sister, Ayaka. He uses Elegance-series items along with more Handguards, so plan on fighting plenty of Nobushi warriors if you want to max out his talents.

Starting at talent level seven, you’ll also need Mudra of the Malefic General, a boss drop from the weekly Raiden Shogun battle in Inazuma City.
