Simply head to the in-game store and look for the Free Bundle that will be available to all players on a daily basis and purchase the bundle.
Once purchased, press 'Quick Equip' to assign the charm to the loadout of your choice.

The Weapon Charm is purely cosmetic, meaning it doesn't provide any kind of advantage or disadvantage when it is equipped onto the weapon.
