How to find Terrakion in Pokemon GO

Like most Pokemon in the game, Terrakion does not have a specific area where it can be found. This Pokemon is temporarily available during different events. For example, it could be obtained from the Seasons of Legends event and Raids in 2021. Unfortunately, this year there are much fewer opportunities to get Terrakion.

Nowadays, it is available during the five-Star Raid event from December 8 to December 15, 2022. The Pokemon will stand near the Gym, and you will have a chance to beat it during the unique Prime Hour as a raid battle.

How do Prime Hours work in Pokemon GO?

You cannot attack Terrakion and other Pokemon from the five-Star Raid event whenever you want. Instead, you have to wait for Prime Hours. Nowadays, the official Prime Hours are from 6pm to 7pm every Wednesday, meaning that you will have a chance to beat Terrakion only once, on December 14. Note that Prime Hours works by the local time, meaning that you don’t need to worry about the time zone.

How to beat Terrakion in Pokemon GO

The only way to beat Terrakion is to use Pokemon that counter it. Fortunately, such Pokemon are available, even if you're a novice player. And below, you can find the five best Pokemon for fighting Terrakion in Pokemon GO.
