Lost Ark is already setting itself up to be one of the top MMO games of 2022, with thousands flocking to its servers using Founder's Packs to grab early access to the game before its official launch. First released by Smilegate in South Korea in 2019, the MMOARPG title is now launching worldwide.
With plenty of features for players to explore that haven't yet been able to play Lost Ark, such as skins, mounts, and pets, there are some changes for those who aren't new to the MMO. These changes were outlined during Lost Ark's launch notes, and one of them is to the level cap of characters.

Lost Ark Level Cap
While the level cap in Lost Ark was previously 55 in beta testing, as of its worldwide release, the level cap now sits at 60. As an MMO, these multiplayer titles will typically increase their level caps later on in the game's journey, or with the release of bonus story content.
We don't know whether this will be the case for Lost Ark's future, but right now, the level cap firmly sits at 60. The level cap is matched across all regions, including South Korean and Russian players who have already had the game for a while.

Lost Ark is an MMOARPG that focuses on PvE exploration and story development. Through completion of the main quest line and other quests, most players will aim to try and reach the maximum level they can, with every level rewarding them with a skill point to distribute as they please.
The game does have PvP play too, but some players will initially focus on PvE so that they can level. For those looking to level alternate characters even faster, without having to level from 10 to 50 all over again, we recommend getting your hands on a Powerpass.
