Eventually, one will approach you, whether you're controlling Peter or Miles, when this happens, you'll see a prompt above their heads, you then need to press the Triangle button to interact with them.
It's that easy! The interactions can vary depending on the NPC. Some will want to take a photo with you, others will simply high-five you. Regardless, it's fun seeing our main protagonists interact with random citizens, especially in the plethora of different suits you can wear!
