Eula was obtainable by spending wishes in the event banner “Born of Ocean Swell.” Since that banner is gone now, you may have to wait for a bit for the next time she shows up.

What Are the Best Eula Builds?

On the battlefield, Eula’s potential as Main Physical DPS makes her a great addition regardless of the context, with her being able to obliterate almost any enemy. However, since her Defenses aren't the best, she can be easily wiped on later levels. To compensate for this, you want to build a team with at least one unit that can support, heal, or provide shields.

Below is one of the best Eula builds right now. You can keep reading to find out the hows and whys of this particular Eula build, but if you've used her before, you'll quickly understand the thought process behind her best weapon and artifact choices.

Physical DPS Build

Weapons that boost physical damage are the only real good options for this build, which makes The Song of Broken Pines easily the best option for your Eula build. You can also find a more affordable alternative that’s equally good in the Skyrider Greatsword if you still don’t have the former. A 2-2 mixed set of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry is the best option for the same reason as the greatsword since Eula needs as much Physical DMG as she can get.

What Are the Best Team Comps for Eula?

Eula’s capability as a massive Physical DPS makes her a great addition regardless of who features in your party. However, she can be a bit of a ‘glass cannon’ who is easily wiped on later levels, so you want at least one unit that can support, heal, or provide shields. Bennett and Fischl are great as partners since they can help boost Eula's damage output, and Diona can provide the necessary shields to make Eula feel a bit safer.

What Are the Best Artifacts for Eula?

On the Artifacts side, a 2-2 mixed set of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry is the only good option for the same reason as the weapons, since Eula needs as much Physical DMG as she can get. However, if you can’t complete the mixed set, you can instead use a 4-Piece Pale Flame set or Gladiator’s Finale as good alternatives.

Artifacts Two-Piece Effect Four-Piece Effect
Pale FlamePhysical damage +25%When an Elemental skill hits an opponent, Attack is increased by 9% for 7 seconds. This effect stacks up to 2 times and can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. Once 2 stacks are reached, 2 Piece set effect is increased by 100%

What Are Eula's Skills and Talents?

Eula shines as a Physical Main DPS, with massive damage output and versatility in her movements. While she can trigger Cryo reactions with her Elemental Skill and Burst, she doesn't rely on those, focusing instead on Physical Damage. While Icetide Vortex is a great skill, it is by using Glacial Illumination that we can see Eula's true aggressive skills, capable of wiping out entire rooms full of enemies.

Attack Effect
Normal AttackPerform up to five consecutive strikes.
Charged AttackDrains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash.
Plunging AttackEula descends from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE damage upon landing.
Elemental Skill - Icetide VortexPress Slashes swiftly, dealing Cryo damage. When it hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to two times. These can only be gained once every 0.3 seconds. Grimheart Increases Eula's resistance to interruption and Defense. Hold Wielding her sword, Eula consumes all the stacks of Grimheart and lashes forward, dealing AoE Cryo damage to opponents in front of her. If Grimheart stacks are consumed, surrounding opponents will have their Physical Resistance and Cryo Resistance decreased. Each consumed stack of Grimheart will be converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo damage to nearby opponents.
Elemental Burst - Glacial IlluminationBrandishes her greatsword, dealing Cryo damage to nearby opponents and creating a Lightfall Sword that follows her around for a duration of up to 7 seconds. While present, the Lightfall Sword increases Eula's resistance to interruption. When Eula's Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst deal damage to opponents, they will charge the Lightfall Sword to gain an energy stack once every 0.1 seconds. Once its duration ends, the Lightfall Sword will descend and explode violently, dealing Physical damage to nearby opponents. This damage scales on the number of energy stacks the Lightfall Sword has accumulated. If Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will immediately explode.
Talent#1 - Roiling RimeIf 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon unleashing the Holding Mode of Icetide Vortex, a Shattered Lightfall Sword will be created that will explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical damage dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial Illumination.
Talent#2 - Wellspring of War-LustWhen Glacial Illumination is cast, the cooldown of Icetide Vortex is reset and Eula gains 1 stack of Grimheart.
Talent#3 - Aristocratic IntrospectionWhen Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.
