The descendant of an infamous aristocratic bloodline of Mondstadt, Eula Lawrence is a member of the Knights of Favonius. Her way of talking and her last name earned her unnecessary hate from some residents of the city of winds, but she doesn’t let that discourage her from realizing her duties, being very responsible at it. On the battlefield, she’s a massive Main Physical DPS and a great addition regardless of your party.
How to get Eula
Eula is obtainable by spending wishes in the current event banner “Born of Ocean Swell”. Keep in mind it will end on June 8th, so good luck trying to get her!
Character Overview, Skills, and Talents
Eula shines as a Physical Main DPS, with massive damage output and versatility in her movements. You want to develop her Energy Recharge as a secondary stat but focus always on boosting her Physical Damage or Attack. Weapons and artifacts that accompany that approach like the Snow-Tombed Starsilver and Pale Flame are the best options.
Normal Attack - Favonius Bladework - Edel
Perform up to five consecutive strikes.
Drains Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes. At the end of the sequence, perform a more powerful slash.
Eula descends from mid-air to strike the ground, damaging opponents along the path and dealing AoE damage upon landing.
Elemental Skill - Icetide Vortex
Slashes swiftly, dealing Cryo damage. When it hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart that stacks up to two times. These can only be gained once every 0.3 seconds.
Increases Eula's resistance to interruption and Defense.
Wielding her sword, Eula consumes all the stacks of Grimheart and lashes forward, dealing AoE Cryo damage to opponents in front of her. If Grimheart stacks are consumed, surrounding opponents will have their Physical Resistance and Cryo Resistance decreased. Each consumed stack of Grimheart will be converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo damage to nearby opponents.
Elemental Burst - Glacial Illumination
Brandishes her greatsword, dealing Cryo damage to nearby opponents and creating a Lightfall Sword that follows her around for a duration of up to 7 seconds.
While present, the Lightfall Sword increases Eula's resistance to interruption. When Eula's Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, and Elemental Burst deal damage to opponents, they will charge the Lightfall Sword, which can gain an energy stack once every 0.1 seconds. Once it ends, the Lightfall Sword will descend and explode violently, dealing Physical damage to nearby opponents that scales on the number of energy stacks the Lightfall Sword has accumulated. If Eula leaves the field, the Lightfall Sword will immediately explode.
If 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon unleashing the Holding Mode of Icetide Vortex, a Shattered Lightfall Sword will be created that will explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical damage dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial Illumination.
Wellspring of War-Lust
When Glacial Illumination is cast, the cooldown of Icetide Vortex is reset and Eula gains 1 stack of Grimheart.
When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.
Constellation - Aphros Delos
Every time Icetide Vortex's Grimheart stacks are consumed, Eula's Physical damage is increased by 30% for 6 seconds. Each stack consumed will increase the duration of this effect by 6 seconds up to a maximum of 18 seconds.
Lady of Seafoam
Decreases the cooldown of Icetide Vortex's Holding Mode, rendering it identical to Tapping cooldown.
Increases the Level of Glacial Illumination by 3, up to a maximum level of 15.
The Obstinacy of One's Inferiors
Lightfall Swords deal 25% increased damage against opponents with less than 50% HP.
Increases the Level of Icetide Vortex by 3, up to a maximum level of 15.
Lightfall Swords created by Glacial Illumination start with 5 stacks of energy. Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts have a 50% chance to grant the Lightning Sword an additional stack of energy.

Example Builds for Eula
Physical Main DPS
Weapon - Song of Broken Pines or Snow-Tombed Starsilver
Like the Song of Broken Pines, weapons that boost physical damage are the only real good option for this build. You can find a craftable alternative that’s equally good in the Snow-Tombed Starsilver, in case you’re still don’t have the former.
Artifacts - Pale Flame(2 Pieces) and Bloodstained Chivalry(2 Pieces)
A 2-2 mixed set of Pale Flame and Bloodstained Chivalry is the only good option for the same reason as the weapons since Eula needs as much Physical DMG as she can get. However, if you can’t complete the mixed set you can also use a 4-Piece Pale Flame set or Gladiator’s Finale, as good alternatives.
