The update will introduce a series of six new 'Main Scenario' quests, but will also work in a sizeable chunk of handy quality of life changes.

Chief among those is the ability to toggle higher resolution UI assets, as well as map buttons to different gamepad types in the menu, as well as reduced loading times – likely setting up for the game's PS5 debut.

If you've been playing the YorHa: Dark Apocalypse raid, then you'll get the end of that particular storyline, as well as the Copied Factory and Puppets' Bunker offering a guaranteed chest for each player.

The full changelog (so far) can be found here, but be warned – it's a long one. Expect Square Enix to confirm more information in the coming days.
