Season 4 Reloaded of Warzone Pacific is well underway, adding an all-new map to the battle royale shooting game. The Warzone Season 4 meta continues to change thanks to regular doses of weapon balancing from Raven Software.
Of course, what weapons you use will be somewhat down to taste and what map you're playing on - Caldera and Fortune's Keep are quite different, after all - but there are always some guns that stand out from the crowd.

What is the Warzone Season 4 Reloaded meta?
Looking over the patch notes for Season 4 Reloaded, a lot of weapons have changed. However, having spent some time with Warzone since the update dropped, not all the changes have had the desired effect.
With the second half of the season underway, there's a high chance the meta will change but for the time being, these are the guns you need to use if you want to score wins on Caldera, Fortune's Keep, and Rebirth Island.
For example, the Kilo 141 from Modern Warfare is experiencing a resurgence alongside the CR-56 AMAX following a number of buffs. The once dominant NZ-41 continues to prove popular despite another heavy nerf.
As for SMGs and sniper rifles, the MP-40 remains a viable choice alongside the Marco 5 which receives a slight nerf to bring it in line with the rest of the category. In addition, the HDR is still proving popular when it comes to finding the best Warzone sniper rifle.
Best Warzone Season 4 assault rifle
As we said at the start of this piece, the NZ-41 remains a popular option but the KG M40 has taken its place as the best Warzone assault rifle to use in Season 4 Reloaded.
Following the buffs, the Kilo 141 is proving popular once again.
Best Warzone Season 4 sniper rifle/marksman rifle

- HDR/AX50
The ZRG continues to be a good sniper option if you can get used to it. At this point in time, which sniper you pick from your loadout comes down to what you're comfortable with.
Since the Season 3 sniper changes, the likes of the Kar98k won't one-shot headshot, but they're still viable options if they're something you're comfortable with.
The sheer power of the HDR and AX50 continue to make them good sniper rifle options in Season 4 too.
Best Warzone Season 4 SMG
The SMG meta has remained mostly unchanged. The likes of the Sten and Mac-10 have become more prominent, especially in Fortune's Keep, due to their close-quarters prowess, but the usual suspects remain the best options. You'll still see MP40s and Owen Guns everywhere in Season 4.

Considering the power of the NZ-41, using an LMG at this point in time is somewhat redundant.
Even following nerfs, the DP27 is a good gun that benefits from a massive magazine. The new LMG, the UGM-8, seems to be powerful, but we're still working out the best loadout options for it.
