Submachine guns (SMG) often feature in the loadouts of Warzone players thanks to their immense rate of fire and high damage output in close-quarters scenarios. Throughout the duration of Season 2, Vanguard's MP40 has dominated the metagame and as the launch of Season 3 nears, another SMG is on its way.
One of the new guns and weapons during the third season of the Pacific era is the H4 Blixen, a compact SMG armed with "a 9 x 19mm cartridge" and characteristics similar to the Sten and PPSh-41 from Vanguard.
As part of the classified arms theme, details on the H4 Blixen's performance are limited. Despite this, we can take a guess on a possible loadout that's likely to prove popular when the SMG arrives in the game. With that said, find the best H4 Blixen Warzone loadout and the best attachments to use in our definitive guide.
What Is The Best H4 Blixen Warzone Loadout?
At the time of writing (April 25), the H4 Blixen isn't available to use in Warzone meaning we can't determine the best combination of attachments just yet. Once the SMG launches, we will update the guide with a build capable of shredding through the opposition.

How To Unlock H4 Blixen
Unlike the M1916 and the Nikita AVT, the H4 Blixen isn't included in the Season 3 Battle Pass. Instead, players must complete an in-game challenge to get their hands on the SMG.
The challenge requires players to score three kills while sliding in a single match 15 times but if you prefer a faster unlock method, you can purchase a store bundle that contains a weapon blueprint.
Best H4 Blixen Warzone Attachments
As the H4 Blixen shares characteristics with the Sten and the PPSH, there's a chance a build focusing on improving damage output will serve you well on Caldera and Rebirth Island. Once we've had an opportunity to master the SMG, we will add a full attachment list and some reasoning behind our choices.
Best H4 Blixen Warzone Perks and Equipment
While we can't find the best H4 Blixen Warzone attachments yet, we can build a combination of Perks and Equipment capable of adding further benefits to the loadout. Here's what we recommend.
- EOD (Perk 1)
- Overkill (Perk 2)
- Combat Scout (Perk 3)
This particular set of Perks is extremely strong, especially in close-quarters situations. EOD increases your resistance to incoming explosives while Overkill grants you the ability to equip two primary weapons in the same loadout. In this case, we recommend pairing the H4 Blixen with the Automaton assault rifle.
Last but not least is Combat Scout. If you manage to land a few shots onto the target, a bright orange outline will highlight their location, making it very easy to spot them in amongst the foliage and dark corners.
- Semtex (Lethal)
- Stim (Tactical)
We've gone with a Semtex instead of a Frag Grenade due to its ability to stick to various items during a Warzone match. Use it to destroy any nearby vehicles or stick it to an opponent for a guaranteed kill. For our Tactical, the Stim is excellent to capitalise on the H4 Blixen's high mobility. Use it for a boost of health and a temporary increase in speed to evade any sticky situations.
Is The H4 Blixen Good in Warzone?
With the SMG expected to arrive as part of Season 3's mid-season update, it's currently impossible to tell whether the H4 Blixen will make an impact on the Warzone meta. Based on early information, there's a high chance of the SMG excelling in close-quarters combat but falling short in those long-distance duels.
