February 8, 2022: We'll start adding any new Deepwoken map details from the new update soon.

Having just released after years of development, Deepwoken is a Roblox game that's still shrouded in mystery. And that's by design. A Deepwoken map isn't something you'll come across easily. This hardcore RPG is designed to be tough as nails, dropping players into a dangerous world with nothing but a basic weapon and the ability to engage in small-talk to make do.

In an effort to have players find their own adventure, a Deepwoken map isn't supplied through any official means. You can't just tap the 'M' key on your keyboard and expect to know how to get from one area to the next. That being said, that doesn't mean you're on your own.

Looking for more Deepwoken guides? Though it's early days yet, we've pieced a few together. We have hints surrounding Deepwoken weapons, tips centred around the confusing Deepwoken magic system, whether or not there's a way to play Deepwoken for free, and which Deepwoken races you may want to reroll for.

Is There a Deepwoken Map?

Officially, no. There is no Deepwoken map. Not yet, at least. There's every chance the developer will consider dropping a Deepwoken map if they notice players struggling to explore and uncover its world, but it's presumably by design that one doesn't exist already.

That being said, it's only a matter of time until players band together and craft their own Deepwoken map. They did the same with Rogue Lineage—the precursor to Deepwoken—years back, and with an effort already being made to list all the explorable Deepwoken locations and areas, expect a comprehensive map to be mocked up soon enough.

That being said, you may not even need a map to get by in Deepwoken. Assuming you're already in a town and are just looking for a specific vendor like a Blacksmith, just look out for signposts dotted around the place. Typically found on corners and by roads, signposts can direct you to the docks, training areas, the bank, and other noteworthy Deepwoken locations. Just follow the arrows.

It's only when you're out in the wilderness that you'll need to fashion your own way to keep your own sense of direction from failing you at a pivotal moment. Keep your eyes on your surroundings and take note of any noteworthy landmarks.

In place of a Deepwoken map, signposts can direct you to notable locations.

Deepwoken Locations

While there may be no Deepwoken map just yet, having a brief understanding of its playable areas can help you piece together your own mental map. Here are all the Deepwoken locations we know of already:

Spawn points

  • Etris
  • Isle of Vigils

The Etrean Luminant

  • The Etrean Sea
  • Lower Erisia
  • Upper Erisia
  • Lord Erisia's Manor
  • Burning Stone Gardens
    • The Rat's Den
  • The Void Sea

The Depths

  • The Depths
  • Celtor Wastes
  • City of the Drowned
    • Caricosa District

The Aratel Sea

  • Songseeker Wilds
  • Summer Isle
  • Greathive Aratel
  • The Monkey's Paw
  • The Hive
  • Fort Merit

The Void Sea

  • Boatman's Watch
  • Voidheart

Again, it's still too early to start putting together detailed how-to guides and maps to get you from one area to another, but a commonly-asked question is how to get from one spawn area to the next. If you want to go see how the other half live, just head to the docks, make a boat, and travel through the massive gates until you see another port. With only two main areas to choose from at the minute, this little trick should get you to or from either of them.

There's still plenty more to uncover in the world of Deepwoken. As players go deeper and deeper into this hardcore Roblox RPG, expect new secrets to emerge and new areas of the Deepwoken map to be discovered.
