How to trick or treat in Adopt Me
To trick or treat in Adopt Me, you will need to approach another player's house where they will have a candy bucket outside their front porch. Once you are close enough to the bucket, press E to trick or treat the player.

Once you have successfully trick or treated the player of your choice, you will both receive 15 Candy each. This is a seasonal currency only available during Adopt Me's Halloween event.
The candy bucket that you have already trick or treated will turn dark, indicating that you cannot use it again. However, you can visit other players to trick or treat their house. The timer resets every day, so make sure to come back for the next day's Candy.
You can trick or treat up to 47 houses daily, and this can earn you a total of 705 Candy per day, just from visiting other players. Even if you don't have 47 friends, you can visit other servers to get all that sweet Candy.
The Halloween pets can cost up to 125,000 Candy, which is what you need to get the Dire Stag. The ultra-rare pets Nightmare Owl and Slime will cost you 75,000 and 60,000 Candy, respectively. As there are a lot of spooky pets this time, you'll surely have a use for all that Candy gleaned from trick or treating.
