Type Moon Games has announced their first DLC character roadmap for Melty Blood Type Lumina. Starting in Winter 2021, that'll extend into Spring 2022, adding four new characters will be added to the game.
Adding to this further, Type Moon Games confirmed that new character story scenarios and stages will also be included, though prices for the DLC characters remain unknown. Type Moon hasn't revealed which characters are arriving just yet, so fans will need to wait for further announcements.

As part of this update, Type Moon confirmed the next major patch will release on November 12. If a new character gets added here, expect some reveals in the days before its release. Typically, Type Moon Games are straightforward and barely tease new content or announcements, meaning fans have to be on the lookout to see them soon.
Aside from these characters and extra content, Type Moon also announced that bugfixes and major patches will be implemented when these characters launch. For now though, we'll have to await further updates from Type Moon's social media to learn what features, fixes, and patches are planned in Melty Blood Type Lumina.
