Does Melty Blood Type Lumina Have Crossplay?
As of now, Type Moon Games has not implemented a crossplay feature for Melty Blood Type Lumina. On the other hand, there is one good feature for online play. Melty Blood Type Lumina is uses rollback netcode instead of a crossplay system. Through the rollback netcode, the game ensures stable gameplay for most players.
This feature doesn't allow players on different platforms to fight each other, and it's unclear if Type Moon will change this in the future.

Melty Blood Type Lumina Crossplay - Netplay Limitations
Melty Blood Type Lumina's netcode allows players to enjoy a stable match with minimal issues at up to 200ms ping. Beyond that, though, the rollback netcode loses its reliability.
You'll have to wait for future updates if you wish to play against opponents on other platforms. Currently, Melty Blood Type Lumina is only available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, and, obviously, you can match up with others who have the same platforms.
Melty Blood Type Lumina Crossplay - Future Updates
As for when that update might happen, Type Moon Games has not mentioned any new major updates for Melty Blood Type Lumina. The game has no confirmed additional content on release beyond new customization color palettes or new playable characters.
