What's included in Sea Of Thieves Monkey Island 2?

If you played Part 1, The Journey to Melee Island, you may remember meeting Guybrush Threepwood after obtaining a Golden Ticket, the main protagonist of the Monkey Island video games.

The Quest for Guybrush continues the story, and it's up to you to save Guybrush, who is the victim of evil pirate LeChuck's devious scheming.

To help save Guybrush, you can expect to participate in the Three Legendary Trials, known as the Art of the Sword, Thievery, and the Quest of Treasure Hunting, to prove your worth to the Pirate Leaders.

If you've ever played the original Monkey Island, you'll already know what this probably means. However, Rare made it clear the Tall Tales are geared up for everyone, irrespective of prior Monkey Island knowledge, and it's likely the developers will put a Sea of Thieves twist on these trials, such as the insult sword fighting as seen in the launch trailer.

Without going too much into Monkey Island spoiler territory, you can likely expect to receive sword-fighting training, fight with the sword master, search for buried treasure in the deep forest, and more. There's also likely no quick way to achieve objectives as you might expect from the new puzzle quest style and mechanics introduced in Part 1.

You can also expect to pay a flying visit to the Fettucini circus brothers, check out Stan's Previously Used Vessels, and try out zip-lines for the first time in Sea of Thieves by equipping a rubber chicken with a pulley... if you know, you know.
