Where to Find Megalodon in Sea of Thieves

Sea of Thieves is all about giving players that feeling of being a pirate in the open seas, making your own Tall Tales, and helping each other out as a crew.

If you like One Piece or Pirates of the Carribean, Sea of Thieves might just be your game as quests include encounters with gigantic freaks of nature and the like, so here’s hoping that Season 2 has even more surprises for us.

Where to Find Megalodon in Sea of Thieves

One creature that Sea of Thieves players have been trying to encounter is the titanic and mighty Megalodon.

Megalodon is truly a sight to behold, a lot of which is due to the cartoony nature of this title, and players should prepare for the fight of a lifetime if they plan on taking this monster on.

For those players that are brave enough and have the right equipment, here’s how you can take down the Megalodon, fulfilling your wishes while also likely being an achievement or two.

It’s tricky to get Megalodon to appear but the creature is more likely to appear if you decide to go on the open sea, meaning you have to be far away from land.

Chances are that if you can still see the island you came from, you’ll have to go even farther to make sure that Megalodon appears.

Unfortunately, this isn’t a surefire way to make the monster appear from out of the sea, so be patient and make sure that you’re fully prepared to take on the Megalodon in Sea of Thieves.
