Best weapons in Remnant 2
Crossbow
The crossbow can be found by solving one of the puzzles in the Yaesha region.
It's a unique sniper-style weapon that requires reloading after every shot. But to compensate, it has very high base damage and if you're using a class like the Gunslinger and stack up on reload speed, this weapon provides some serious DPS.
Enigma
The Enigma is one of the best weapons in Remnant 2 by a long shot. You can craft this handgun by finding its corresponding part inside the Labyrinth.
This weapon shoots lightning bolts that deal consistent damage and apply lightning damage to enemies. Although the target area is wide, it can target multiple enemies, and the lightning strikes will chain and bounce. So you can use it to mow down mobs of annoying weaker enemies.
Royal Hunting Bow
Similar to the crossbow, the Royal Hunting bow is also a unique single-shot weapon. However, it's a lot faster and has a high critical chance. So if you're trying to add some crowd control and AoE utility for your party, this weapon is a great pick.
Nightfall
The Nightfall is honestly one of the coolest weapons we've run into in Remnant 2.
You get this by defeating the Nightweaver and crafting it via McCabe. It's a semi-automatic rifle that shoots quick and powerful energy shots. The weapon skill hides your presence and gives you infinite ammo. Therefore, it's perfect for more stealthy and burst-based playstyles, making you a ninja on the battlefield.
Plasma Cutter
Everyone loves energy beams and lasers, and the Plasma Cutter provides exactly that. Point and melt enemies that stand in your path. This weapon is especially powerful at dealing with pesky miniboss-type enemies that you'll run into in every dungeon.
Dreamcatcher
Another weapon that is obtainable via the Nightweaver questline. However, you need to offer the Nightweaver statue to the Nightweaver web to access this weapon.
The Dreamcatcher provides solid damage and stagger while looking extremely cool. Once you do enough damage, your charged attacks apply an AoE slow to enemies while giving you movement and damage buffs. So it's a great choice for melee-based styles.
