Our Modern Warfare 3 Trojan Horse mission walkthrough is bound to prove useful if you're struggling to beat the level on its hardest difficulty.

Thanks to campaign early access, players are loading into Modern Warfare 3 and are already working their way through the mission list. While there's a lot of talk about the campaign length, many are still enjoying Sledgehammer Games' latest release thanks to the addition of Open Combat Missions and another batch of achievements and trophies to earn.

Modern Warfare 3 Trojan Horse walkthrough

After Danger Close saw Task Force 141 come agonisingly close to defeating Makarov, intel suggests he's on his way to London to meet a hacker. As expected, Price, Soap, Ghost, and Gaz immediately headed home to see if they could track down the Konni Group leader once again.

Follow the hacker

The hacker in question is roaming the streets of London. It's time for some undercover surveillance. To remain undetected, make your way towards Gaz, who's also undercover, and ask him for a cigarette lighter. Once you get the cue to move, head towards the dog next to the popcorn stand to avoid suspicion. Yes, you can pet it.

Next, advance to either the silver statue or the postcard stand to listen in on the conversation between the hacker and an unknown caller. The call reveals a drop was made in an alley between Bistro 43 and Tea Cafe.

Scan the footage

After locating where the drop was made, rewind the CCTV footage until you find a suspicious character leaving the alleyway wearing an orange hat and blue gilet.

So you don't lose track of his whereabouts, switch between the cameras and follow him until he enters a sealed pedestrian tunnel.

Search the hideout

At the end of the tunnel is a locked door that leads to an old train station. Breach the door open and head down the staircase. You'll find a shocked Konni Group soldier who alerts others who are hiding down there. The red laser signals a sentry gun is guarding the corridor. Use your grenades to disable it without wasting too many bullets.

Once the turret is disabled, continue moving through the corridor and clear out any Konni Group soldiers trying to stop you. After clearing the corridor, the room opens out to another wave of resistance and another sentry gun. Stop it firing by any means. We recommend using the kitchen on the left-hand side to flank any unsuspecting opposition.

With all enemies taken care of, head upstairs and into the room immediately left. There's a laptop with a flash drive plugged in on a table. The intel reveals Konni Group has hacked the train network and plans an almighty catastrophe on the channel tunnel.
