How long it takes to beat Modern Warfare 3 campaign

The Modern Warfare 3 campaign length is always an important topic of conversation among Call of Duty players looking to make sure they can complete the single-player as fast as possible.

In total, there are 14 Modern Warfare 3 missions that make up the single-player story. As it's a similar length to 2022's Modern Warfare 2 campaign, we expect the Modern Warfare 3 campaign length to be approximately six to eight hours. However, many are managing to complete it in three hours.

Of course, there's a chance this particular story takes longer due to the open-ended nature of Open Combat Missions but for now, the campaign should take under ten hours to complete from start to finish.

If you're struggling to make it to the next checkpoint on a harder difficulty, you can reduce it down to Recruit or Regular to speed up the time it takes to complete a level.

When does the Modern Warfare 3 campaign launch?

For those who have pre-ordered the game, the campaign early access window for Modern Warfare 3 commences on November 2 at 5 PM GMT / 10 AM PST which is right around the corner.

If you've not bought the edition that grants a week of campaign gameplay, the full version of Modern Warfare 3 complete with multiplayer and zombies releases on November 10, 2023.
