Modern Warfare 3 Cutthroat mode explained
Cutthroat is a brand-new Modern Warfare 3 game mode that aims to provide players with a completely different experience from the other modes on offer.
You'll be placed in a team with two other players, and must defeat two other teams for a competitive 3v3v3 match. The ultimate victor is the team that reaches the round's win limit first.
Does Modern Warfare 3 have Gunfight?
Gunfight first arrived with the launch of 2019's Modern Warfare and since then, it's become a hugely popular mode involving the entire weapon arsenal.
Complete with its own set of symmetrical maps, Gunfight sees two teams of two load into the game with random weapons. The first to reach the set number of rounds is declared the winner.
Sledgehammer Games finally brought Gunfight to Modern Warfare 3 when Season 1 officially launched. The mode was sorely missed on release, but it can now be played at any time.
