There are so many characters in Genshin's roster that it can feel very restrictive only having four party slots. So here is how to get more party slots in Genshin Impact to test out new team comps!

New playable characters come in every update, meaning we need to rearrange our teams and create new ones to incorporate the impressive 5-Star units that Hoyoverse gives us. The ability to add more party slots was quietly added along with the Sumeru region and Dendro element, and some players are only just figuring out how to do it.

How to get more party slots in Genshin Impact

Despite it not being advertised on the menu, it's actually really easy to expand your team rosters.

To add more slots, simply head to your party set-up screen, and then hit up on the D-Pad. This will bring up a quick menu showing all of your teams. If you hit triangle on PlayStation, you can add a new one!

You can add up to six parties, making ten in total on top of the existing four slots in the game.

Can I get more slots on mobile and PC?

Thankfully, this isn't just a PlayStation-exclusive option - it can be done on mobile and PC platforms too, following the same steps!

Of course, the inputs will be slightly different. In these cases, all you need to do is select the specific party screen mentioned above, without the need for a shortcut.
