What is the Genshin Impact Hyakunin Ikki Event?

The Hyakunin Ikki event is an all-out fighting tournament set to occur in Liyue. A free-for-all battle, Hyakunin Ikki will see players assembling six of the best team comps they can create, with temporary characters provided by the game itself for the event. These teams will fight across different timed battles, awarding you with different prizes depending on your performance.

Keep in mind that you need to be Adventure Rank 30 and complete the Archon Quest "Ritou Escape Plan"to be able to play this event.

Challenge I: "It's Haiku Time"

Ley Line Disorder: Physical DMG dealt by all party members increased by 30%.

Genshin Impact Hyakunin Ikki Release Date

The Hyakunin Ikki release date is set for September 1, and it'll run up until the end of update 2.1. To play this event, you need to be at least able to access the Liyue region and have unlocked all the Statues of the Seven in the event-related areas of the map. Activate them before the event starts so you can start playing straight away.
