Mona is obtainable by spending wishes in the Wanderlust Invocation standard Banner. Good luck obtaining her!

Character Overview, Skills, and Talents

Mona is, first and foremost, a Hydro Support unit that on later constellation levels you can use as Sub DPS, but that will depend on the team built around her and it’s not her main focus, really. You want to focus on Supporting your teammates with her Hydro abilities by equipping mixed artifact sets that help with her Hydro and Elemental Burst damage. Since your main source of support will be the Elemental Burst, Energy Recharge becomes a key stat to buff as much as you can.

Normal Attack - Ripple of Fate

Normal Attack
Performs up to 4 water splash attacks that deal Hydro damage.

Charged Attack
Consumes a certain amount of Stamina and deals AoE Hydro damage after a short casting time.

Plunging Attack
Mona descends towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all enemies in her path. Deals AoE Hydro damage upon landing.

Elemental Skill - Mirror Reflection of Doom

Creates an illusory Phantom of fate. The Phantom has the following special properties:
-Continuously taunts nearby enemies, attracting their fire.
-Continuously deals Hydro damage to nearby enemies.
-When its duration expires, the Phantom explodes, dealing AoE Hydro damage.
Utilizes water currents to move backward swiftly before conjuring a Phantom.
Only one Phantom created by Mirror Reflection of Doom can exist at any time.

Elemental Burst - Stellaris Phantasm

Mona summons the sparkling waves and creates a reflection of the starry sky, applying the Illusory Bubble status to opponents in a large AoE.

Illusory Bubble
It Traps opponents inside a pocket of destiny and also makes them Wet. Renders weaker opponents immobile. When an opponent affected by Illusory Bubble sustains damage, the following effects are produced:
-Applies an Omen to the opponent, which gives a damage Bonus, also increasing the damage of the attack that causes it.
-Removes the Illusory Bubble, dealing Hydro Elemental damage in the process. The damage bonus does not apply to the Hydro Elemental damage dealt in this instance.

During its duration, increases damage taken by enemies.

Illusory Torrent (Right Click)
Alternate Spirit
Mona cloaks herself within the water's flow, consuming Stamina to move rapidly. When under the effect of Illusory Torrent, Mona can move at high speed on water. Applies the Wet status to nearby enemies when she reappears.

Passive Talents

Come 'n' Get Me, Hag!
After she has used Illusory Torrent for 2 seconds, if there are any enemies nearby, Mona will automatically create a Phantom. A Phantom created in this manner lasts for 2 seconds, and its explosion damage is equal to 50% of Mirror Reflection of Doom.

Waterborne Destiny
Increases Mona's Hydro damage Bonus by a degree equivalent to 20% of her Energy Recharge rate.

Principium of Astrology
When Mona crafts Weapon Ascension Materials, she has a 25% chance to refund a portion of the crafting materials used.

Example Builds for Mona

Hydro Support Build
Weapon - The Widsith, Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers, or Skyward Atlas
Since the weapon isn’t really decisive on Mona’s potential as support, the choice of which one to equip lies on your preference, if you want a buff on Elemental damage or supporting your teammates when changing characters.

Artifacts - Noblesse Oblige (2 Pieces) and Wanderer's Troupe (2 Pieces)
While Noblesse Oblige is a must in this set, you can either use the Wanderer’s Troupe 2 piece bonus, or if you feel inclined to boost your hydro damage you can use 2 pieces of Heart of Depth instead.
