Since the weapon isn’t really decisive on Mona’s potential as support, the choice of which one to equip lies on your preference, if you want bonuses Elemental damage or supporting your teammates when changing characters.

You can also find a more affordable and equally good alternative in the form of The Widsith or Thrilling Tales of Dragon Slayers.
