Genshin Impact Battlefront: Misty Dungeon Event Guide - Everything You Need to Know

Genshin Impact’s newest event is here, and it’s called Battlefront: Misty Dungeon. In this new event, you will be transported into a dungeon where you will have to activate some special runes and fight different enemies with a fixed party. The many rewards of this event include Primogems, Mora, and various other useful items.

Battlefront: Misty Dungeon - Trial Characters, Traps, and Mechanisms

Battlefront: Misty Dungeon has a total of six trials with different themes. Each themed trial has a different distribution of monsters, trap mechanisms, trial quests, and Ley Line Disorders that await you. Starting with the first day of the event, two new trials will be unlocked every two days.

During the event, Travelers may assemble a team with the specific trial characters provided and challenge six trials of different themes. In these trials, you must first activate all the Ancient Runes within the time limit, and once the control array is fully powered up by all the ancient runes, you can use it to begin the Final Challenge.

Trial Characters

A total of 10 Trial Characters are available for you to use, and they’re at Level 80 with fixed weapons and artifacts, but no Elemental Resonance bonus will be active. If you happen to have any of these characters, your Constellation level will be reflected in the ones of the event, otherwise, it’ll be Lv. 0. The list goes as follows:

Keqing
Albedo
Mona
Amber
Barbara
Beidou
Sucrose
Noelle
Xinyan
Diona

Traps

There are automated weapons systems within Battlefront: Misty Dungeon that will detect and attack any intruders with specific elemental attacks. Use the appropriate reactions to temporarily disable these devices.

Benediction Mechanism Effects

You can choose from various Benediction Challenges within the trials. Completing these will give you certain bonus effects, as it follows:

Rejuvenation Revives all party members and restores their HP to 100%.
Plunder All party members' ATK increased by 50% until this trial ends.
Godspeed All party members' Movement SPD increased by 20% until this trial ends.
Everlasting Remaining challenge time extended by 300s.

Challenges - Trial Quests

Each Trial also has a number of Trial Quests that you can complete to receive additional rewards upon finishing. The list goes as follows:

Plunging Trial

• Complete the Plunging Trial once.
• Complete the Plunging Trial once while completing at least 5 mechanism challenges (not including the Final Challenge).
• Use Plunging Attacks to defeat 8 opponents in the Plunging Trial.
• Complete the Plunging Trial once and take no more than 5 hits from traps.
• Complete the Plunging Trial once with 6 minutes or more remaining.

Healing Trial

• Complete the Healing Trial once.
• Complete the Healing Trial once while completing at least 5 mechanism challenges (not including the Final Challenge).
• Heal a total of 50,000 HP during the Healing Trial.
• Use Elemental Bursts to defeat 10 opponents in the Healing Trial.
• Complete the Healing Trial once with 6 minutes or more remaining.

Melee Trial

• Complete the Melee Trial Once
• Complete the Melee Trial once while completing at least 5 mechanism challenges (not including the Final Challenge).
• Destroy a total of 6 hilichurl shields during the Melee Trial.
• Complete the Melee Trial once with 6 minutes or more remaining.
• Use Normal and Charged Attacks to defeat 12 opponents during the Melee Trial.

Ranged Trial

• Complete the Ranged Trial once.
• Complete the Ranged Trial once while completing at least 5 mechanism challenges (not including the Final Challenge).
• Defeat a total of 8 opponents in the Ranged Challenge without letting them get within the specified range.
• Complete the Ranged Trial once and take DMG no more than 40 times.
• Complete the Ranged Trial once with 6 minutes or more remaining.
