• Drop Albedo's Elemental Skill on top of them.
• Use Diluc's Elemental Burst to trigger the Geo AoE damage and infuse Venti's Anemo cyclone with Pyro for Swirl damage.
• Use Fischl to drop Oz on the pack and burst them down with her rapid Normal Attacks.

It's complicated, but each of these characters requires little Energy, and they all have high Energy Recharge thanks to their chaining reactions. It's one of the best team comps for Albedo right now, allowing for virtually non-stop Elemental Burst barrages.

For Albedo, it's a matter of building up his damage by stacking DEF whenever possible.
