While some GTA players are already looking forward to GTA 6, others are still trying to make the most of their remaining time in Los Santos.

After all, if you don’t enjoy trying to predict what the next game’s map will look like, lack any hot takes regarding what it should include, and have given up on planning out your first playthrough, why not just try to appreciate the final stretch of GTA Online?

While some players have been doing so by hosting demolition derbies, cosplaying as LA Noire characters, or speculating about what would happen if their next trip to Cayo Perico went wrong, others have been discussing the pros and cons of one of Los Santos’ less popular properties.

Have you ever wondered what might go down if one of your GTA Online heists went wrong?

Their apartment-based analysis forms the subject of a recent thread on the GTA Online subreddit, which began with a post from user Own_Bottle9413, who kicked off the real estate review by sharing an image of the condo available near the Puerto Del Sol Marina for $150,000 and asking: “How come no one buys the apartment near the docks?”

A number of fellow Los Santos property moguls provided some answers to their query, with user ShmuckaRucka1 saying: “(It) doesn’t come with a 10 car garage, which is the most important part of properties to most players.” and LegendNomad declaring: “I would buy it immediately if it were high-end or if they removed the property limit, since it's the closest thing to a beach house in this game.”

On the other hand, some players in the thread revealed that these minor hang-ups hadn’t stopped them from forking out for the flat, with user ValiVarlow revealing: “I have one, use it as my spawn point and park my favourite cars there. I really like the location, the neighbourhood and to have the beach right next to my front door.”

User LukeBellmason, having divulged their ownership of the residence, went one step further in their praise of it, responding to ShmuckaRucka1’s comment about garages: “The six car garage feels more 'special' to me. I like to put my top four favourite cars in there, then I have a car of the week and a motorcycle of the month slot, so I can eventually get around to driving all my vehicles.”

Meanwhile, user Jarrodioro joked: “I heard the schools are great in that area as well.”
