While some GTA players are already looking forward to GTA 6, others are still trying to make the most of their remaining time in Los Santos.

After all, if you don’t enjoy trying to predict what the next game’s map will look like, lack any hot takes regarding what it should include, and have given up on planning out your first playthrough, why not just try to appreciate the final stretch of GTA Online?

While some players have been doing so by hosting demolition derbies, trying to remember who their parents are, or campaigning to be able to pick their fellow criminals up as taxi fares, others have been using a fresh automotive arrival to dress up as vintage crime stoppers.

Are you planning to rock some nostalgic garb in GTA Online this Valentine's Day?

Their car-based cosplays hopes form the subject of a number of recent threads on the GTA Online subreddit, one of which began with a post from user NorseWookie, who shared an image of their character wearing some retro formal attire and standing next to a Classique Broadway muscle car, captioning it: “Well, looks like I won't be driving anything else for the foreseeable future.”

Some of their fellow players had a go at guessing which existing characters had inspired NorseWookie’s style, with user Noir--Prince suggesting they resembled: “Detective Cole Phelps leaving to start his day.”, while mEmEGaZ3R mused: “(It) also kinda reminds of Mafia 1 and 2.”

On the other hand, user SemperJ550 admitted they were getting a post-apocalyptic vibe from the picture, saying: “Everybody’s saying Cole Phelps but all I see (is) Fallout 4’s Vault Tech sales dude.”

Thankfully, some users didn’t leave their Classique Broadway-inspired costumes up to interpretation, with Repulsive_Ad8947 specifying that they’d tried to emulate “Rusty’s Nash 600 from L.A. Noire” with their freshly acquired motor.

If you fancy putting together your own nostalgic ensemble and cruising the streets in classic style, the Classique Broadway is currently available for purchase from Southern San Andreas Super Autos, having debuted in Los Santos alongside some Valentine’s Day-inspired events.

You can also unlock some special liveries for the car by buying it prior to February 15 and completing 50 taxi work fares.

Regardless of whether you’re now narrating all of your character’s thoughts and taking photos with black-and-white filters, make sure to follow us for more GTA 6 and GTA Online updates as new vehicles and more arrive.
