No matter whether they’ve been worked on for years or put together in a single day, Fallout 4 mods can add a lot to the experience on offer in The Commonwealth.

Some of these wonderful works focus on giving you the tools to make your post-apocalyptic playthroughs a bit more hilarious. Meanwhile, others can provide fresh adventures for you to delve into, sometimes involving familiar factions from previous entries in the series.

If you’ve been delving back into The Commonwealth while you wait for Starfield to arrive and are a fan of settlement building, a new mod might be worth adding to your load order.

Fancy adding some Starfield-themed art to your Fallout 4 settlements?

The mod in question is called ‘Into the Starfield’ and is the work of prolific modder Elianora. Quite a few of their previous projects have revolved around creating incredibly detailed player homes, as they did in a charity modding jam back in May, as well as adding some cool new attire to Bethesda’s RPGs.

This time, in celebration of the game’s imminent arrival, they’ve added eight new Starfield-themed posters to Fallout 4’s workshop. You can craft these via the ‘paintings’ section of the settlement menu, and use them to decorate your dwellings while you wait out the time remaining before you can delve into some interstellar adventures.

“So, I'm very excited about Starfield,” wrote Elianora in the mod’s description, continuing: “I've wanted to make this mod ever since I saw Bethesda share these posters [to] Twitter. I finally got around to it. Let's go see what's out there.”

The majority of the art used for the posters comes from an October 2022 collaboration between Bethesda and art agency Poster Posse designed to celebrate World Space Week, but there are also a few pieces of fan art from the wider Starfield community, such as a piece from Reddit user Ollie Hoff.

The mod even includes a poster that features a version of the game’s logo in which the word Starfield has been swapped out for Sandwich, which I’m sure Jamie Mallory would approve of.

Elianora has also released an Xbox-compatible version of the mod via Bethesda.net, so those on console aren’t entirely excluded from the action.

Regardless of whether, much like Elianora, you’re all aboard the Starfield hype train, make sure to follow us for more updates on interesting mods for Skyrim and Fallout New Vegas. You can also check out our latest mods of the month.
