Final Fantasy 14 has had a hell of a ride but has made the leap to its third generation of PlayStation hardware as of today, when it arrives on PS5.
Offering higher resolution, rapid loading times, and a clearer interface, it's likely to be the best place to play the MMO - at least on console.
Xbox players, you'll have to sit this one out a little longer, although Square Enix has "no obstacles" to making the jump to Microsoft's hardware in the future.
