Another week begins on FIFA 20 Ultimate Team, time to look at what’s upcoming this week with another ‘This Week in FUT.’ Week 7 features a somewhat underwhelming Team of the Week on first inspection, we take a look at all potential October Player of the Month candidates, as well as looking at some potential Marquee Matchups inclusions for the week!

Team of the Week 7 Prediction
After a solid TOTW 6 Prediction, predicting 13 out of the 23 man squad, let’s take a look at our TOTW 7 Prediction! This week features a slightly less exciting selection however a couple of potential Ones To Watch inclusions make the squad.

October Player of the Month Update
A slight change around going forward with regards to our October Player of the Month Updates, we’ll now be covering all leagues that feature a Player of the Month SBC, these being the Premier League, Ligue 1, Bundesliga and MLS.
Premier League
With Leicester’s record breaking 9-0 victory over Southampton at the weekend, it’s no surprise to see Jamie Vardy at the top of the October POTM race with 4 goals in 3 games. Pulisic also makes an appearance after his hat-trick at the weekend.
Ligue 1
Mauro Icardi tops the Ligue 1 October POTM race, followed closely by Di Maria and Ben Yedder. Definitely a close race this one, however I’d favour Icardi purely based on goals alone, after scoring 2 at the weekend in PSG’s 4-0 win over Marseille.
Bundesliga
It’s no surprise to see Robert Lewandowski tops the Bundesliga POTM race with 3 goals in 3 games. Will this be enough though for a top player? I’m not sure, so expect Herrmann or Lukebakio to be in the running for the award.
MLS
Another Carlos Vela POTM item looks to be in the running after 5 goals and 1 assist in just 2 games this month. Despite Gressel and Pozuelo both having steller months themselves, I can’t see Vela losing out.

Marquee Matchups Week 7 Prediction
Another week of Marquee Matchups is set to arrive on Thursday, here’s my prediction for the upcoming week.
Torino - Piemonte Calcio
The Derby della Mole between Turin’s most prominent clubs Torino and ‘Piemonte Calcio’ (Juventus) looks to be a top tier derby in Marquee Matchups.
Leverkusen - Mönchengladbach
The Rheinland derby between two of the top teams in the Bundesliga should be set for a Marquee Matchups inclusion, and especially without a Bundesliga matchup in week 6, you can expect to see this fixture.
Sevilla - Atlético Madrid
Two top clubs at the top end of La Liga. With no La Liga matchup in week 6, you can expect a Spanish League encounter in Marquee Matchups this week.
PAOK - Panathinaikos
The Greek rivalry is a potential lower league fixture this week, and could make for some nice investments into Greek League players.
