The first half of Season 4 for Warzone has come and gone. The latest season of post-launch content saw the arrival of the Fortune’s Keep map in addition to the arrival of the Marco 5 submachine gun and the UGM-8 light machine gun.

With the launch of Season 4 Reloaded officially underway, players are looking forward to using the Vargo S assault rifle before they can get their hands on new Terminator-themed Operator bundles.

As there’s plenty of content making its way to the battle royale in the mid-season update, there’s something for everyone including a potential contender to the best Warzone assault rifle. Here are five things we’re looking forward to.

1) The Vargo S

The Vargo S is the latest weapon to join the assault rifle category. Described as a gun that sacrifices outright firepower in favour of higher accuracy levels, the rifle could slot into the Season 4 meta.

Thanks to the Gunsmith, there are a multitude of attachment combinations allowing players to build the best Vargo S Warzone loadout.

2) An NZ-41 Nerf

Throughout Season 4, the NZ-41 assault rifle has dominated the meta thanks to its non-existent recoil levels and a damage output capable of destroying an opponent in a matter of seconds regardless of distance.

The likelihood of the rifle receiving a nerf is extremely high but depending on the other buffs and nerfs from Raven Software, there’s always a chance of a new gun taking its place at the top of the Warzone arsenal.

3) Terminator in Warzone

Warzone is no stranger to crossovers and collaborations with various movie franchises. This time around, Terminator is on the way to Caldera, Fortune’s Keep and Rebirth Island in two new store bundles.

In addition to the Terminator skin bundles, the Titanium Trials Endurance LTM contains plenty of themed rewards for completing a range of challenges during a match.

4) The Return of the Dead

Zombies bought an end to the Verdansk era of Warzone and thanks to the Rebirth of the Dead LTM, they’re on their way to Rebirth Island to cause more mayhem. The mode resembles the Zombies Royale mode that allowed players to transform into the undead to eliminate the living.

Expect plenty of fast-paced chaos when the LTM returns during the second half of the season.

5) Armoured SUVs

The vehicle pool in Warzone is surprisingly small, with very few land-based vehicles able to transport you and your squadmates across Caldera quickly. Thanks to the Season 4 Reloaded update, Armoured SUVs could change the game for the better.

Featuring a layer of thick armour, a fully-automatic turret mounted on the roof, and a nitrous boost to avoid any threats, there’s a very high chance of players battling it out for control of the driver’s seat.

Let’s hope Season 4 Reloaded can live up to the high expectations of the Warzone community! For more on the battle royale, check out the best Warzone guns to use as part of your loadout.
