Shane Romance Guide

Most of the town is pretty friendly and outgoing. Shane is the exception.

Although he can be a hard nut to crack, you'll soon realise why that is.

Heart Events

2 Hearts: Go to the Cindersap Forest from 8 pm to midnight and share a drink with Shane, he'll tell you about his depression. 

3 Hearts: Shane gives you a recipe for pepper poppers, which he loves.

4 Hearts: Go to Marnie’s ranch and you’ll find Shane passed out in his room. Use your watering can on him to wake him up. then talk to Marnie about his mental health. 

6 Hearts: Go to Cindersap Forest between 9 am and 8 pm during a storm or rain to begin this. You will have a blunt conversation with him about his mental health in two stages, the first has four options and you’ll get the second one the following day. In the second conversation say “I’m glad I was there to help” or “I’m just happy you’re still here”. 

7 Hearts Event 1: Go to Marnie’s Ranch when Shane is home and you'll see him having a conversation with Marnie about his health improving. 

7 Hearts Event 2: He’ll send you a recipe for a strange bun. 

8 Hearts: Go to Marnie’s Ranch when Shane is home and you’ll see a cutscene of Shane teaching Jas about chickens surrounded by them. 

10 Hearts: Leave your house before 6:30 am to start the event, then go to the bus stop from 4 and 6 pm. You’ll get invited to see the Zuzu City Tunnelers play in Zuzu City. Shane will thank you for your support then will kiss you before you return the favour.

14 Hearts: Go to town from 8 am to 5 pm any day but Friday to start the event. Marnie and Jas will be outside of the saloon and Shane will come out. Go to town the next day and there will be a cutscene where Shane gets upset with you. Return the day after that and you’ll get to see what’s actually happening and clear things up.
