Since it'll often happen due to a connection problem between your Roblox account and the server, your best move is to simply close and restart the app. Ensure your network connection is running properly by trying to load a page in your browser of choice.

Then dive back into Roblox and see if you're able to log in. If you still get error code 268 when trying to play a specific experience, the chances are it's down for maintenance.
