This is obviously an early list since the game isn't officially out, and can be subject to change as things get buffed and nerfed. You'll want to make sure that you check back frequently as those updates come and units change or get added.
Be sure to check back once the game launches for the official first patch tier list. There's a lot being added to the game on release that we didn't see during its early testing a few months back.
Given it was mean to launch back in May or June, we're to expect a lot more content has been added for the final release to make up for the delays and create a title with more to do at launch.

The game isn't out quite yet. It's slated to drop sometime before the end of the month. But once the game does come out, playing it is very easy.
