Generally, you’ll want to set your World Tier as high as you can, though each World Tier requires you to unlock it by filling the progress bar. Outriders World Tier Farming Route

The best way to farm World Tier progress in Outriders is to replay the First City story mission. The specific objective is ‘Reach the Other side of the river’. You’ll need to clear out two areas full of enemies, after breaking down a barricade. Collect any iron and loot that drops. Quit to the lobby and repeat. Make sure your World Tier is set as high as possible as you do this.
