Outriders Iron: Where to Farm Iron


Outriders is the new looter-shooter RPG from the folks over at People Can Fly. It blends tight skill-focused shooting with some pretty nifty multiplayer action. The core loop involves killing enemies and completing quests to level up and gain more loot. Occasionally you will need to check your loadout to see if it’s up to the challenge of the enemies you’re facing. This can often mean crafting or purchasing new gear, which involves collecting resources like Iron. Where to Get Iron in Outriders


Iron is a fairly common resource in Outriders which can be obtained in the following ways:

  1. Dismantling weapons
  2. Mining blue iron veins located around each area


The key to making sure you always have plenty of Iron is to dismantle any gear you aren’t using. Be as brutal as you can, you’ll get plenty more loot as you play. How to Farm Iron


The best way we’ve found to farm Iron in Outriders is to replay the Reunion mission. This area has plenty of Iron veins in the run up to the boss. The enemies in this area also drop plenty of loot, meaning you can dismantle weapons and get Iron. You can play this mission as much as you like from the main menu.
