With limited Stellar Jades available unless you're willing to pony up a pretty penny, knowing the Honkai Star Rail banners ahead of time can help you gather up currency for your favourite characters. And with leaks typically letting us know who is on the horizon, it practically pays to keep an eye on them.
In addition to the character banners, the game also features light cone banners if you want to push your favourite characters to their maximum potential. Light cones are best-in-slot items that can be equipped on characters, and they offer all kinds of bonuses in addition to a massive stat boost.
Upcoming Honkai Star Rail banners
Here are the limited banners that will be available during patch 1.0.
- Phase One - Butterfly on Swordtip (Seele)
- Phase One - Brilliant Fixation (Seele’s Light Cone)
- Phase Two - Swirl of Heavenly Spear (Jing Yuan)
- Phase Two - Before Dawn (Jing Yuan’s Light Cone)
In addition to the limited banners, we also have the Beginner Warp banner. The special banner offers a 20% discount for ten Warps, and you can pull a total of 50 times on the banner. You are guaranteed to get at least one four-star or higher every ten warps, and one five-star by the time you complete all 50 warps.
The characters included in the Beginner Warp banner include:
The banner also features all four-star characters, and their light cones in the banner.
Honkai Star Rail 1.1 banners
Honkai Star Rail 1.2 banners
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners
Honkai Star Rail Standard Warp Banner
In addition to the previously mentioned banners, which will be available for a limited time, we have the permanent Standard Warp banner in Honkai Star Rail. It works similarly to the Genshin Impact Standard banner, with a fixed pool of characters.

You are guaranteed to get a five-star character every 90 pulls and a four-star character or light-cone every 10 pulls. It is not recommended to pull on this banner, and all of the characters available in the Standard Warp banner are also available in the limited banners as off-rate drops. It is possible for players to get all of the Standard characters long-term.
More importantly, the Standard pool of characters frequently gets powercrept in gacha games, and you are better off pulling for characters that are available for a limited time instead, as Hoyoverse creates new gameplay experiences and mechanics for its newer characters.
That is all you need to know about the current and upcoming banners in Honkai Star Rail. If you are planning to try your luck in the gacha system of Hoyoverse’s other titles we also have a Honkai Impact 3rd tier list and a Genshin Impact tier list to help you choose the characters that you want to summon.
