Argenti is an upcoming 5-star Physical Erudition character who can deal massive damage with his follow-up attacks. Our Honkai Star Rail Argenti build will allow you to get the most out of the upcoming character and work well in any team.

According to the official teasers by Hoyoverse, Argenti is a knight of the Order of Pure Beauty who serves the star goddess Idrila. He is known to be an honorable knight, and not much else is known about him. We can expect to find out more about him during his Companion quest when patch 1.5 arrives.

Best light cones for Honkai Star Rail Argenti build

Argenti will arrive with his signature light cone but there are some other great options as well.

An Instance Before A Gaze (Signature, Recommended)

• Increase Crit DMG of the wearer. When the wearer casts their Ultimate, DMG will increase according to their Max Energy.

Before Dawn (Alternate)

• Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 32%. Increases the wearer's Skill and Ultimate DMG by 20%. After the wearer uses their Skill or Ultimate, they gain Somnus Corpus. Upon triggering a follow-up attack, Somnus Corpus will be consumed, and the follow-up attack DMG will increase by 48%.

The Birth of the Self (Free-to-play)

• Increases DMG dealt by the wearer's follow-up attacks by 24%. If the current HP of the target enemy is below 50% of Max HP, increases DMG dealt by follow-up attacks by an extra 24%.

The Birth of the Self is a light cone that you can get via the Light Cone manifest store or as a random drop from any of the banners. It is by far the best free-to-play option but if you are looking for a damage upgrade, you can go for the aforementioned 5-star options instead.

Best relics for Honkai Star Rail Argenti build

We’ve listed the recommended relic sets below with Champion of Streetwise Boxing being your go-to option. However, there are leaks suggesting that there will be a new relic set arriving soon that boosts follow-up attack damage. We recommend not pre-farming for Argenti’s relics at this point in time and you should wait and see if the new relic set outperforms Champion of Streetwise boxing.

Champion of Streetwise Boxing (Recommended)

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases Physical DMG by 10%.
• 4-Piece Bonus: After the wearer attacks or is hit, their ATK increases by 5% for the rest of the battle. This effect can stack up to five times.

Musketeer of Wild Wheat (Alternate Set)

• 2-Piece Bonus: ATK increases by 10%.
• 4-Piece Bonus: The wearer's SPD increases by 6% and Basic ATK DMG increases by 10%.

Fleet of the Ageless (Planar Ornament)

• 2-Piece Bonus: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's SPD reaches 120 or higher, all allies' ATK increases by 8%.

You should focus on stats like Crit Rate and Crit Damage while also getting some ATK% substats in the process. You should get 134 Speed on your build and if you are unable to reach the speed breakpoint via sub-stats, consider swapping to Speed boots instead of ATK% boots.

Honkai Star Rail Argenti build - Best abilities to level

• Basic Attack: Deals Physical DMG equal to 130% of Argenti’s ATK to a single enemy.
• Skill: Deals Physical DMG equal to 137.5% of Argenti’s ATK to all enemies.
• Ultimate #1: For In This Garden Supreme Beauty Bestows – Consumes 90 Energy and deals Physical DMG equal to 204% of Argenti’s ATK to all enemies
• Ultimate #2: Merit Bestowed in My Garden – Consumes 180 Energy and deals Physical DMG equal to 336% of Argenti’s ATK to all enemies, and further deals DMG 6 extra times, with each time dealing Physical DMG equal to 114% of Argenti’s ATK to a random enemy.
• Talent: When Argenti uses his Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, every enemy hit will regenerate Argenti’s Energy by 3, grant him a stack of Ascend, as well as increase his CRIT Rate by 3.25%. This effect can stack up to ten times.
• Technique: Manifesto of Purest Virtue – After using this Technique, enemies in a set area are inflicted with Daze for 10 seconds. Dazed enemies will not actively attack your team. When initiating combat against a Dazed enemy, deals Physical DMG to all enemies equal to 80% of Argenti’s ATK and regenerates his Energy by 15.

Traces

• Piety (requires Ascension 2): At the start of the turn, immediately gains one stack(s) of Ascend.
• Generosity (requires Ascension 4): Every time an enemy summons a new enemy unit, it immediately regenerates two Energy.
• Courage (requires Ascension 6): Deals 15% more DMG to enemies whose HP percentage is 50% or less.

Honkai Star Rail Argenti build - Eidolons

Argenti is a 5-star character so going for his Eidolons can be very expensive if you have average luck. We recommend stopping at E0 for most players, and you should go for Eidolons only if you really like the character and are willing to invest everything into one character instead of getting a more diverse roster.

• E1: A Flaw Within the Kingdom of Aesthetic: Each stack of Ascend additionally increases CRIT DMG by 4%.
• E2: Agate’s Humility: When using the Ultimate and the number of enemies on the few equals three or more, this character’s ATK increases by 40% for 1 turn(s).
• E3: Thorny Road’s Glory: Skill Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Talent Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv.10.
• E4: Trumpet’s Dedication: This character gains 2 stack(s) of Ascend at the start of battle, and increases the maximum stack of their Talent’s effect to two stack(s).
• E5: Somewhere in the Universe Does Snow Fall: Ultimate Lv. +2, up to a maximum of Lv. 15. Basic Attack +1, up to a maximum of Lv. 10.
• E6: Your Resplendence: When using Ultimate, ignore 30% of the enemy target’s DEF.
