When Is The Multiversus Open Beta?

The Multiversus Open Beta starts on July 26, 2022, with VIP Early access starting on July 19, 2022. This gives those VIPs about a week to explore the game, seeing the characters and maps available before the rest of the public.

The Multiversus open beta comes with all sixteen characters, including the newly announced Iron Giant. On top of that, you'll get access to plenty of licensed maps, with favourites including the iconic Batcave, and Scooby Doo's Haunted Mansion. However, not all characters are unlocked by default, so you'll have to play through the game to unlock them all.

There are four different game modes on offer, with 2v2 fights, a 1v1 mode, free-for-all, and a practice arena called The Lab. There will also be co-op vs AI matches, custom online lobbies as well as tutorials.
