Confusion is one of two fast attacks, with the other being Extrasensory. They both have very similar energy per second gains, but Confusion hits significantly harder. Uxie will certainly benefit from the Confusion stats.
Charge Attack: Future Sight and Thunder
Future Sight is the priority charge attack for Uxie, especially because of the STAB on the Psychic-type ability. It's an easy choice for the initial charge attack in the moveset.
Thunder will give players another option that has a similar charge rate and offers a separate attack type.
