As of this point, no. Guardians of the Galaxy confirmed on their Twitter that there are no plans for Google Stadia at this time.

In addition to the announcement of the Guardians of the Galaxy, Square Enix announced that the game would launch on October 26, 2021, for Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
