Loop Hero: How to Increase Character Walking Speed

To increase walking speed in Loop Hero you will need to head into the game’s files. Just do the following to alter the speed, and then jump back into the game. 1. Open Steam/steamapps/common/Loop Hero in text editor
2. Find the ‘variables.ini’ file
3. Look for ‘game_speed value’ and change the value from 60 to any value you like
4. Save these changes and open Loop Hero

Other Ways to Change Speed in Loop Hero

There is an in-game option for changing the walking speed in Loop Hero. Above the loop board, you’ll see an hourglass symbol. Here, you can change the speed to 2x, which is worth trying out if you’ve been using the default option this whole time.
