League of Legends' Gameplay Design Director, Mark Yetter recently revealed the patch preview for update 11.13.
Apart from various adjustments and reworks, the patch preview for update 11.13 has also revealed various other items and heroes being affected as well. Additionally, players are also set to receive two new in-game items that are supposed to help Tanks and Fighter champions in split pushing lanes.
Players should note that all of the following changes will go live on League of Legends on June 23rd when update 11.13 officially releases. However, players who wish to test out these changes now can do so by signing up for a League of Legends PBE Account.

All of these changes coming in update 11.13 on League of Legends confirms that the upcoming patch will be an extremely important system patch. With that in mind, it will be interesting to see how the overall gameplay of League of Legends will be affected after update 11.13.
