Is Halo Infinite on Xbox Game Pass Day One? Campaign, Multiplayer Modes, Explained

It seems that Halo Infinite is coming along nicely after an initial delay, with 343 Industries giving fans plenty of information regarding the Free-to-Play multiplayer and a Technical Flight that will be happening this week, though some details haven’t been given much focus, like if Halo Infinite is on Game Pass.

For those unfamiliar, Xbox Game Pass is basically the Netflix version of video games, giving players a ton of games to play for a low monthly price, so it makes sense that fans want to see Halo Infinite on Game Pass.

Thankfully, Microsoft and 343 Industries confirmed early on that we’ll be seeing Halo Infinite on Game Pass, so anyone who has invested in the service will have nothing to fear.

Don’t expect a long wait either as Halo Infinite on Game Pass will be available on day one at launch, so fans can expect news on when to pre-load the game and mostly not worry about paying a big fee for the first-person shooter. You'll be able to play both Halo Infinite's Campaign and Multiplayer at launch.

Obviously, most of us expected to see Halo Infinite on Game Pass since Microsoft has made it a priority to put most, if not all, of their Xbox Exclusives on the service, which makes a lot of sense since most Xbox One or Series X players have invested in this.

Considering the amount of updates Halo Infinite will be getting, being a live service game and all, fans would save a good amount of money getting an Xbox Series X and subscribing to Xbox Game Pass.

Halo Infinite will be on Xbox Game Pass come December 8 for Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
