Wild Hearts is slated to release on multiple platforms. These platforms include Playstation 5, Xbox Series X and Series S, and PC. Just note that Wild Hearts being a premium game means both Xbox and Playstation players will need their console's online play subscription to team up. PC players are good to go once the game is on their account.
